This is me
Hi, I’m Nathalie!
As a teenager, I grew up in an environment where young people were rarely listened to, and for a long time I felt I had no voice. One teacher, however, changed everything for me. He listened, encouraged me, and helped me believe that anything was possible. That experience of being truly seen and heard stayed with me. In my twenties, I discovered my own autonomy, and in my thirties I began developing the tools to pursue my goals with intention. Like many people, I continue to grow — learning to manage anxiety, strengthen confidence, and cultivate genuine contentment.
I always wanted to become a teacher to inspire young minds, but over time I realised my deeper calling was to truly see and hear students and to create safe spaces where young people can learn, grow, and flourish.
Today, I support parents, educators, and whole schools in building positive, empowering cultures where young people thrive — cultures rooted in awareness, connection, and open-minded learning that nurture wellbeing and meaningful development.
I am an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, an emotional intelligence and mindfulness facilitator, and a qualified teacher (QTS, PGCE) holding two master’s degrees in English/EFL and French with Psychology and Anglo-German Cultural Relations. I also hold full professional insurance and am a certified Mental Health First Aider.
I work as a trainer, coach, and facilitator with primary and secondary schools in London, supporting student and staff wellbeing. I coach children, young people, and parents individually, facilitate parent learning experiences, and bring over 20 years of teaching experience across diverse educational settings. I also coordinate a project with the charity Transforming Lives for Good, where church volunteers provide one-to-one coaching for students in schools.
Alongside my professional work, I have a longstanding interest in mindfulness, studying with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, as well as Positive Psychology and PQ training.
I am also a lay minister and actively involved in my local church community. I hold a deep interest in how emotional intelligence and mental health are understood and nurtured within the Church of England, and I am passionate about fostering compassionate, reflective spaces where faith and wellbeing can meaningfully meet.
I live in Surrey with my husband and our three children. Half French and half German, I grew up in Germany and moved to England during my studies, which has been my home for nearly 20 years. Time spent living in Johannesburg and Switzerland deepened my love for cultures and languages — a passion that first led me into teaching. My faith and relationship with God have been central in helping me overcome challenges and grow into the person I am today.
